ISPE India, the Indian affiliate of ISPE, recently invited SeerPharma's Director – Ian Lucas, to present his thoughts on Computer Software Assurance (CSA). Over 1100 Quality, IT and CSV professionals from the Indian Pharmaceutical Sector attended the live presentation from Ian.
The presentation focussed on the essence of CSA – asking organisations to focus on using common-sense critical thinking to their Validation approach, as opposed to generating more documentation. Ian highlighted that several key concepts and definitions in CSV are typically misunderstood, and that the CSA approach teaches organisations to perform CSV correctly.
