The Australia–ASEAN Business Forum is a premier platform that connects business leaders, policymakers, and innovators from across Australia and Southeast Asia. Its mission is to strengthen private-sector economic ties, foster cross-border collaboration, and promote emerging opportunities in trade, investment, and innovation across the region.
As part of its mission, the Forum is coordinating a business delegation to Vietnam from 18–20 May. This initiative will bring together Australian business leaders, industry representatives, and government stakeholders to encourage trade, investment, and strategic partnerships between Australia and Vietnam.
SeerPharma is delighted to be participating in this trade mission, with several key areas of the program being of particular interest to the firm, including:
- Digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and innovation
- Human capital, education, and skills development
- Trade and investment collaboration
SeerPharma is currently in discussions with multiple Vietnamese pharmaceutical manufacturers, many of whom are in the process of digitising their operations. Our team is actively in discussions to support companies in navigating PIC/S (EU) GMP and US FDA regulatory requirements. While also progressing discussions around the implementation of digital quality and manufacturing solutions from MasterControl, including the deployment of electronic quality management systems and electronic batch records.
In addition, SeerPharma is seeking to further strengthen relationships with leading academic institutions in Vietnam. These collaborations aim to create opportunities for students and industry professionals to participate in our Postgraduate GMP Program, delivered in partnership with the University of Technology Sydney (UTS).
The visit will also provide an opportunity to introduce innovative training technologies, such as immersive learning platforms from Uptale, which can support capability development for Vietnamese pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Overall, the tour will provide SeerPharma’s team with the opportunity to meet with leading business figures, government stakeholders, and our industry partners across Vietnam.
