A major focus of the post-graduate courses in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) SeerPharma deliver at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) is skill-building for the real-world.
GMP Post-Graduate students have the opportunity to build their technical knowledge and skills, as well as their professional network, through industry placements where they take responsibility for research-based work.
In June 2017, a number of students had the opportunity to attend and present at an Innovate Conferences international summit on Pharma, Vaccines, Immunology Business & Clinical Trials in Sydney.
On the topic of Process Validation for Sterilization, the students demonstrated their understanding and ability to convey technical information to an audience by presenting sterilisation as a critical process step and discussing validation protocols for parenteral products.
