BioMelbourne Network (BMN) is an industry-led membership association representing organisations across biotechnology, medical technology, and health innovation in Victoria, Australia. Its mission is to strengthen connections between companies, research institutions, investors, and government bodies—cultivating an environment that supports collaboration, innovation, and sector-wide growth.
Each year, BMN hosts two BioSymposiums that bring together leaders from across the life sciences ecosystem. The first symposium for 2026 will focus on the development, translation, and real-world application of next-generation biosensing technologies.
Next-generation biosensors are rapidly reshaping biotechnology—impacting areas such as medical imaging, health diagnostics, connected health systems, and data governance. BioSymposium 2026: Next-Gen Biosensing will convene experts from across Victoria’s health and biotech community for a dedicated, full-day program exploring how advanced sensing technologies are designed, validated, translated, and successfully deployed in clinical and commercial environments.

Drawing on more than three decades of experience supporting medical device and medtech organisations—including companies developing software-enabled and smart devices—SeerPharma will share practical insights into risk management and regulatory strategy.
